Administration Manager
This position will play a vital role in the customer service and organisational strength of the Company. You will provide administration support across the business.
Experience working in a role where there is machine sales, parts and inventory and warranty work would be a distinct advantage as you will support these areas of the business on a daily basis
Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work well on own initiative with limited supervision
The candidate needs to understand and be across three key areas of the business,
  • General business administration
  • Machine sales support, parts inventory and sales
  • Service function to include chargeable, warranty work, service maintenance agreements and van stock.
Experience and Qualification
  • Experience in working with a manufacturing ordering system would be preferred.
  • Proficient with basic Microsoft office products, specifically Excel to intermediate level.
  • Familiarity with the M3 system or similar.
  • Understanding finance business processes (cash receivables, payables, procurement)
  • Experience of setting up procedures and policies and documenting them would be useful.
  • Confident challenging existing processes and proposing effective solutions

  • Assist with driving a robust budgeting process.
  • Daily banking and cash flow management – petty cash
  • Ability to use the companies CRM system (Hub spot)
  • The ability to prepare monthly profit and loss and balance sheet.  would be preferred.
  • Adhere to the rules and regulations and Health and Safety guidelines of the company and the rules and regulations around your role
  • Demonstrate confidentiality at all times.
  • Undertake other such reasonable duties as shall from time to time be required by the Company, within the competency of the post holder.
  • Cover for holidays, such as parts sales calls etc.
