Our Client, a well known Tourism Business based in Dublin City Centre are looking to grow their team and are hiring a B2B Sales Executive. 
    
This is an exciting and challenging role within the B2B Sales team. You must be a highly motivated and results-oriented professional who is willing to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. 

This position will have primary responsibility for managing assigned accounts and achieving sales targets whilst supporting sales administrative efforts. 

What will you be responsible for every day in this role?
  • Manage assigned distributor accounts, driving sales production, achieving defined sales targets
  • Providing support to Head of Distribution Sales, where required, to ensure the support to our key customer accounts are delivered to the highest service level standards
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, data analysis, PowerPoint presentations
  • Identify distributor and marketplace trends and perform other analysis, as required
  • Track all promotional activities
  • Responsible in maintaining and reviewing assigned distributors accounts
  • Ensure that support staff are fully trained in all aspects of the role to provide coverage without disruption
  • Problem solving when issues arise
  • Participate in key performance indicator review process to establish areas for improvement
  • Other ad hoc duties, as required

  • Expertise in a Sales Executive role
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, and a self-starter is a must
  • Passionate and self-confident in your abilities
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Ability to identify and prospect potential distributors 
  • Experience in speaking with decision makers and strong presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A track record in problem-solving with an ability to find common sense solutions
  • Ability to ‘think outside the box’
  • A team player
  • Manage projects in a controlled way
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar sales role.
