THE ROLE:
  
Interested in working for a leading luxury online retailer as a Customer Service Advisor? This role requires a high attention to detail as you will be providing administrative assistance and supporting the Customer Experience Manager. They are looking for someone to come on board as a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.
  
  • Working under the Customer Experience Manager to provide an unparalleled and approachable contact for customers
  • Efficiently managing and logging customer orders and queries as received through all channels such as website, live chat, email and telephone
  • Managing telephone orders and assisting customers with any online queries
  • Raising quotes and invoices as well as processing payments
  • Assisting with personal style recommendations
  • Assisting in customer returns as per company policy and processing refunds where needed
  • Assisting with any ad hoc duties required
  
ESSENTIALS:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in an office-based customer service position or a similar e-commerce role
  • Proven experience responding to high volumes of customer enquiries via email
  • High organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
