An exciting opportunity to join a start up organisation at a beauty treatment organisation - 3 month temporary assignment

A luxury beauty treatment company are Customer Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and outgoing individual who is interested in joining a start-up organisation that promotes that is positive, inspirational, and truly inclusive working culture. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a three-month temporary assignment.
  • Managing all customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
  • Processing and authorising refunds, credit notes, and managing financial dispute issues
  • Assisting customers with end-to-end online shopping experience including up-to-date information on product availability, delivery tracking and assurance
  • Working to fully resolve cases requiring investigation in a timely manner
  • Acting as an expert on all client-servicing platforms, networking with all associated personnel in studios, and providing support across all digital channels
  • Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and stores
  • Ensuring clear communication and correspondence with customers, and maintain all email templates
  • Monitoring and reporting recurrent quality control matters to the appropriate departments
  • Updating processes to ensure they are in line with both legal and industry standards
  • Providing weekly reporting to UK Head Office
  • Six months’ experience in a customer service role
  • Passionate about the beauty industry
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
