THE ROLE:
  
Do you have at least 12 months administration experience within an office environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a property management company. They are looking for a proactive, hardworking and organised individual with an interest in the property industry join their team as an Administration Assistant. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity starting immediately.
  
  • Answering calls from tenants and property owners
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Fielding upwards of 60 emails per day
  • Creating contracts and reports for properties
  
ESSENTIALS:
  
  • 12 months experience within administration
  • Great organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
