Warehouse Administrator – Online Wholesale – Bolton - Up to £20,000.
About the Company
Our client is a long established and successful online wholesale & retail business who are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time role however there is the potential for flexible working hours for the right candidate.
Working alongside the Warehouse Manager you will develop and maintain administration processes including, specific customer requirements, health and safety processes, Company/Customer policies, procedures and instructions.
Warehouse Administrator - The Rewards 
  • Salary up to £20,000
  • Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week
  • Early finish Friday 
Warehouse Administrator – Requirements 
  • Warehouse Administration experience up to 1 year (preferred)
  • Picking & Packing experience
  • Supervisory experience of a small team (preferred but not essential)
  • FLT Counterbalance license (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
  • Good computer skills 
Warehouse Administrator – Responsibilities 
  • In the dispatch of all picked orders in a timely manner
  • Unloading handball containers and booking in stock promptly
  • Ensure all necessary records are kept up to date and accurate, including receipt of all deliveries
  • Prepare all manifests in a timely manner
  • Investigate any stock issues which may arise
  • Liaise with customers, hauler's, and other departments in a professional manner
  • Assist the sales department when investigating customer queries
  • Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager and all warehouse staff, to create strong professional relationships
  • Control daily warehouse orders placed by storage accounts; relay this information to the warehouse operative
  • Provide cover for the Warehouse Manager during periods of absence
  • Update tracking information for specific customer orders
  • Ensure product is loaded and unloaded accurately
  • Assisting in the picking of customer orders as and when volume dictates
  • Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department
