Cleaning Contract Manager - Requirements
  • You must have multi site experience
  • You must have experience working in a client facing environment
  • You will have a Health & Safety qualification e.g. IOSH
  • You must be hard working, resilient and dedicated
Cleaning Contract Manager - Responsibilities
  • The delivery and operational management of cleaning services across various sites
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Mobilising contracts whilst dealing with cost savings and account growth as well as continuous improvement
  • Managing contracts that have set budgets
  • Managing a team of cleaners across various sites
  • Monthly KPI audits
