Exciting Scale Up B2B Marketing leader opportunity - Manchester (Location Flexible).

Our client is a Manchester based scale-up SaaS technology company with a platform which enables its clients to collect and analyse data and analytics in real-time, collected through mobile-app technology.
You are not required to live in Manchester, but ideally be able to be there a couple of days per week when COVID allows, so please don't let geography rule you out.
They are looking for a driven, and dynamic senior marketing manager level professional to spearhead their growth through content led digital marketing strategies and demand generation, as the Head of Marketing.
Their customers are retailers and manufacturers of consumer goods/food/beverages who rely on insight to make informed decisions on how to market, package, and promote a product, The data helps their clients get products to market quicker and increase the success rates, and consequently reduce the failure rates of new products to market.
The ideal candidate will work with the Sales Director and develop strategies to increase their new client penetration and monthly recurring revenue (mrr), through their SaaS platform.
This is a well established business with a dynamic leadership team assembled to achieve their growth plan, and it is a business which has performed superbly during these unprecedented times when demand for consumer insight has been extremely high.
You will manage all marketing efforts including demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with the business objectives. 
Responsibilities & Experience
  • Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement demand/sales leads/lead generation
  • Strategic while being action oriented
  • Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
  • Oversee marketing resources including relationships with external vendors
  • You will be hands on and an integral part of the experienced leadership team
  • You will lead and drive all campaigns and external marketing
  • Work with the technical team on feedback to drive product development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
  • Extensive SaaS technology experience
  • Leadership experience in a digital marketing/demand generation/lead generation in a SaaS environment
  • B2B marketing experience is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
They will pay a significant base salary in the region of £80-90k (but not limited to) + bonus and the key element, a share scheme.
