We are in growth mode and seek a number of individuals who are eager build or further develop a career in the recruitment sector.  Specifically recruiting in the red hot tech sector for some of the UK's most well-known and high profile companies. 
We offer a structured training schedule that will see you fast tracked through a training programme, gaining exposure to the whole life cycle of recruitment very quickly.  We are looking for future leaders who can build a team around them in due course.
No previous experience of IT required, although a healthy interest in emerging technology is a must alongside an inquisitive mind and a desire to win!

It's rewarding, stimulating and extremely satisfying – at times.  Front line recruitment is a sales job; you need to use your influencing skills to make things happen.   
The elation when a candidate decides to accept a job offer from your client (especially when they have multiple offers on the table). Securing that person his/her ideal job, makes all of the toil, repetition, heartache and effort worthwhile.
Clients can be dismissive and off-hand at times, put yourself in their shoes, they get up to 20 calls a day from recruiters, we get a real buzz when a client realises that Greenfield have something different to offer.

What we are looking for in a person
  • Great communications skills – Verbal and Written
  • Some experience in a sales role would be advantageous or are you recruiting in another sector?
  • Have you had to show resilience, can you roll with the punches and stay positive?
  • Can you demonstrate desire and commitment to a cause?
  • Are you hardworking, interested and interesting?
  • Are you pragmatic? No two days are the same and you need to be adaptable when things go in unexpected directions.
  • Social media savvy
