MBA are working exclusively with a global claims manager assisting their search for a Household Claims Handler. The successful candidate will manage claims from ‘cradle to grave’ ensuring efficiency, quality and alignment to industry standards.

The Household Claims Handler will be responsible for:
  • Management of the end to end claims process
  • Understanding customer and client needs and ensuring claims are managed accordingly
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Work to set KPIs and client SLAs
  • Promote honest feedback and continuously look to improve the claims handling process.
  • Champion the company’s ethics and values
The Household Claims Handler will need to have:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
  • Experience handling Motor, Travel or Household Claims
  • Personal Integrity – aligned with company values
  • Possess a true 'can do' attitude
  • An eagerness to learn and develop themselves
The Household Claims Handler would be at an advantage with:
  • Prior Insurance Experience, especially Claims Handling
  • Household or Property Claims 
  • Insurance Qualification
