MBA are working exclusively with a global loss adjuster recruiting a Claims Handler based in Salford Quays. This will be split between remote and working in the office. As a Claims Handler, you will manage household claims from ‘cradle to grave’ ensuring their efficiently, quality and aligned to our client’s and insurance industry standards.

The Claims Handler will be responsible for:
  • Management of the end to end claims process
  • Understanding customer and client needs and ensuring claims are managed accordingly
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Work to set KPIs and client SLAs
  • Promote honest feedback and continuously look to improve the claims handling process.
  • Champion the company’s ethics and values
The Claims Handler will need to have:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
  • Experience handling Household/Property Claims
  • Personal Integrity – aligned with company values
  • Possess a true 'can do' attitude
  • An eagerness to learn and develop themselves
