About Us
 
VCH focuses on connecting top junior/mid level candidates with the most exciting start-ups on the UK's tech scene. We offer two services in order to stay flexible for the start-ups we partner with. This helps us take a much more long term approach to the strong relationships we are building with our clients. So far we have been successful, this now means we are looking to bring on another consultant to train and show the VCH ways of recruitment and business development.
 
We are a small, young team and growing fast so looking for someone with a can-do mindset who would enjoy working in that sort of environment. 
 
The Role
 
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic person who is looking to accelerate their recruitment career in a fast growing business. We offer a lot of autonomy within the role leaving you to grow your desk at your own pace.
 
We are specifically looking for a candidate interested in entering the recruitment world who previously has had a strong technical background, whether that be studying a STEM degree or working in a relevant STEM or development field.
 
An interest in growing with the business and willing to work in an extremely fast-paced and performance-orientated environment will be beneficial. This is an ideal position for someone with entrepreneurial ambitions who hopes to run their own company at some stage.

  • Marketing of roles to potential candidates
  • Shortlisting and scouting potential candidates
  • Creation of promotional and marketing materials for candidates
  • Networking and relationship building amongst tech circles
  • Analysis on most effective outreach mechanisms
