  - Job Description 

Boilergrants4u is a company which works to help people who qualify under government ECO scheme. The ECO scheme means that medium and large gas and electricity suppliers – including British Gas, EDF Energy, Eon, Npower, Scottish Power and SSE – are obliged to help households with energy efficiency measures.

Energy efficiency measures available through ECO include loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, solid wall insulation and boiler replacement or repair. They're all designed to help save people money on their energy bills, keep homes warmer and help to reduce carbon emissions.

The role is due to an expansion in business over the last few months. The applicants will be working with our existing staff which includes 2/3 call centre agents during a shift.

Day-to-day tasks generally include:
  • answering calls, emails and web chat enquiries from customers
  • making telesales and market research calls to new and existing customers
  • dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
  • advising about products and services
  • updating customers' records on computer databases
