Job Description

We are a digital marketing company. With the growing online platforms our marketing needs have grown and we are in need of a ICT Office assistant that will work alongside our current team of ICT operatives. 

The role that has become available will be to undertake general ICT Office duties such as word processing, reading and replying to emails, putting data into tables in excel, some photocopying and filing. The candidate may be asked to do this for our umbrella companies who are all under the same building.

The candidate will be able to have good sound knowledge office word and office excel as well as some knowledge of Apple Mac computers and apps. 
Training will be given to use these different software packages. 

The candidate will need to basic IT skills and some good English grammar. 

Training will be given as will guidance. 
The candidate will need to be a good timekeeper and be able to take direction from a senior. They will have to be able to be organised. 

Training from this job role can lead to other areas of digital media.
