Summary: The EWM Analyst will be supporting our client remotely (configuration, testing, customizing and on-going support). Occasional trips to client sights may be needed when travel picks up in the future and sufficient heads up will be provided when available. 
 
What you'll do:
  • Ability to work closely with business personnel to understand pain areas and provide insight and process improvements.
  • Areas of focus will include but are not limited to Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), inventory/material management (MM), Material resource planning, production scheduling, Warehouse management, Purchasing, Contracts/Scheduling agreements/Inter-Company & Cross-plant transfers, Goods Movements, Invoice Verification, Supplier evaluation, logistics execution/shipping
  • Collaborate with business partners within the business areas to align technology solutions with business strategies.  Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the EWM/MM/WM core functionality, in the context of the business client’s function, to identify and communicate how IT solutions can assist.  
  • Responsible for leading the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of a client’s business requirements.
  • Collaborates with the business on current processes and proposes solutions to enhance current functionality. Advise on system options, risk, cost versus benefits and impacts on business process.  Provides guidance to other Functional Analysts in relation to cross functional impacts/testing and designs.
  • Establishes testing strategy for the EWM and MM module areas and leads End to End integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents. Ensures solutions are in alignment with long term business needs
  • Communicate technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, business owners and technical counterparts.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Experience with design/configuration and testing for core EWM/MM/PP components
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members
  • Proactive and organized approach to support a fast-paced production support environment
  • 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain modules (EWM/MM) gathering requirements, configuring and customizing.
Additional desired skills:
  • Experience with migration tasks from ECC to S4H (CVI master data migration)
  • Knowledge of PP / APO / AFS
  • SAP certification(s) strongly preferred
