Nashville based upstart healthcare tech company seeking Customer Success Manager to drive utilization rates with existing enterprise client.

Company:  

Our client is a Nashville-based upstart healthcare technology company that is in critical growth mode.  This company provides a digital platform being implemented in a nationwide, multi-site hospital system.  


Role:


The Customer Success Manager will serves as the primary point of contact for existing customers while educating, training, and on-boarding healthcare providers and staff.  This person will be a catalyst for scaling growth by driving utilization rates among providers, improving customer retention and overall customer satisfaction.

-3-5 years of successful Account Management, Customer or Client Success experience, preferably healthcare oriented

-High Attention to Detail, Outstanding Communication Skills, Results Oriented, and Metric/KPI driven
-Competitive, Self-Starter, and Motivated to Succeed
