Role Description: Research Assistant Student Internship (Non-Paid)

SUMMARY: To provide a rewarding experience for students with exposure to business, sales, marketing, and human resources principles in the talent acquisition arena and to support the Partners in providing exemplary service to the marketplace.
 
REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum high school or GED diploma
  • Pursuing Associate / Undergraduate
  • College graduates will be considered
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Source high value candidates through social media and private databases
  • Pre-screen candidates
  • Research current and prospective client companies
  • Enter data into Customer Relationship Management database
  • Prepare candidate and client executive summaries
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Create and disseminate newsletters and postings on social media
  • Assist coordination of company training events including Huddles, Monthly Brown Bags, Quarterly Transformers, and Kick off Events
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time
COMPETENCIES
  • Microsoft Office applications (Excel / Outlook / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Internet search techniques
  • Proficient in utilization of LinkedIn
  • Business / professional class communication skills, written and verbal
  • Planning / organizational skills in time and task management
