We are looking for a driven, passionate, customer service focused individual to join our team as a kitchen & bath showroom sales consultant. In this key position, you will be responsible for working with customers in our showroom to make kitchen and bath selections. Our showroom is one of our key business segments, which means that your work has a big impact to our team! Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone- our team's winning attitude is the reason our customers keep coming back!
  • Work with trade professionals (Contractors, Designers, Selections Coordinators for Home Builders) to help guide their customers as they make selections.
  • Assist "walk in" retail customers to capture sales.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to provide customers with timely quotes and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Must be available to work every other Saturday.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal & written), and listening skills.
  • Able to form strong relationships with customers by being friendly, trustworthy & diligent.
  • Able to remain calm and focused in an active environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but a H.S. Diploma and relevant work experience will be considered.
 
Qualified candidates will possess:
  • 1 to 3 years Kitchen & Bath Showroom Sales experience
  • Outstanding kitchen and bath hardware aptitude
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and conduct internet searches
  • Initiative to take on new responsibilities and learn new things
  • Work well in a team environment and be able to follow directions from a supervisor
  • Multi-task as needed
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds
