HVAC Technical Representative


We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Sales Technician to add to one of the leading HVAC supply companies in New England.

Location: New Haven, CT (Central CT)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Skills:  The HVAC Technical Representative will provide technical support on all manufactured products sold by the Company. This includes providing electrical and mechanical diagrams, system installation manuals, and consultative information on system load calculations, parts and warranty information.
The successful candidate will be in integral part of the sales team and be responsible for working directly with both inside and outside sales professionals on the team to achieve team sales and financial goals. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and delivering training for clients and also do site visits as needed or recommended.
The successful candidate will be scheduling and delivering training classes for clients as well as walking jobs, bidding and supporting sales opportunities.
The candidate must be career oriented and desire long-term employment and advancement within the company.
Education: The successful candidate must possess a high school degree or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience servicing commercial and residential HVAC systems
  • Experience in Hydronic and Mini-Split/VFR Technology as well as VRV Technology
  • Previous experience with Trane and Daikin products.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers in a professional and consultative manner
  • Computer proficiency required
