Warehouse Associate/ General Labour (Full-Time) - Scarborough

Sure Staff is currently seeking a reliable experienced Warehouse Associate/ General Labour (Full-Time) for a reputable Furniture Distributor in Scarborough (Middlefield/Passmore).
  
Industry: Furniture Wholesale Distributor
  
Location: Scarborough (Middlefield/Passmore)
  
Shifts:  Monday-Friday (8:30 am starts)
  
Pay:  $14.25ph to start (will increase after probation pending on performances, punctuality, reliability)
  
Job Type:  Full-Time
  
Ideal Candidate:

• Local
• Experienced working in a warehouse environment
• Eager to learn attitude
• “Can-Do” attitude – Team player
• Punctual, reliable (arrive daily 15 minutes before shift starts)
• Attention to details
• Able to follow instructions properly

  
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Help with warehouse functions such as receiving and shipping.
• Other duties include general housekeeping within the warehouse

  
Requirements/Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• Experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs by hand and mandatory
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, and crouch for long periods of time
• Ability to work weekends and have shift flexibility to meet the demands of the business
