- Act as the GO TO person to the President and VP of Sales
- Manage schedules, calendars, book meetings, take notes as requested
- Send samples, follow orders, request extensions and other duties as requested
Our client, a growing importer located North of Laval, is looking for a bright and organized Executive Sales Assistant to work as the right hand (and sometimes left!) to both the President and VP of Sales / Product Development.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Act as the "go to" person to the President and VP of Sales and Product Development
Manage their schedules, prioritize calendars, book meetings/conferences/travel.
Attend meetings, take detailed notes and relay info back to President and VP of Sales / Product Development.
Manage and maintain personal and professional contacts and files.
Personal errands, miscellaneous duties as requested.
Strong written and communication skills in both English and French
Experience working in a similar role, fashion industry experience an asset
Experience with major retail chains such as Costco, Walmart, Lowe's, HBC
Experience with import production
Strong Microsoft office skills (word, excel)
Highly organized, detail oriented
Strong interpersonal skills, manage complex assignments
Able to work well with others in a fast paced environment
Exhibit a high degree of trustworthiness with the ability to work with confidential information
Comfortable with multi tasking and prioritization with a close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
