The role of Senior Consultant is to provide direct service to a variety of nonprofit clients with critical missions serving all nonprofit sectors, from Graham-Pelton offices based in Metro New York, Boston, and Washington, DC. This position provides strategic advice and hands-on implementation in order to partner with clients to accomplish stated goals and exceed client expectations.


Responsibilities:
Senior Consultants work within a Graham-Pelton team structure to fulfill a specified role.  Specific responsibilities include:  

  • Provide on-site and off-site service to assigned clients
  • Facilitate key relationships with clients and Graham-Pelton colleagues
  • Develop materials for the service engagement
  • Provide strategic counsel to advance the service engagement
  • Lead key meetings with clients and prospective clients
  • Utilize Workfront to monitor progress toward goals and deadlines
  • Facilitate and/or participate in regular team and client conference calls
  • Prepare and/or provide content for the Weekly Client Report
  • Spot opportunities for continued service / new engagements
