             Regional Sales Manager - Ontario

We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual to increase market share within an assigned geographical territory-- Ontario. You work as part of a team from concept to completion to deliver a building to the client that is unparalleled in quality and backed by superior warranties and years of experience and knowledge.

This home-based opportunity needs a strong career-minded person with an extreme desire to succeed. They can integrate various technologies into their day to day activities to be highly organized and focused. Training is provided, but you must have the capability to learn as you go and adapt to the constant change of the construction industry.

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to focus on high payoff sales activities
  • Professional communication skills including both written and verbal form
  • Successful sales experience growing a territory
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in construction sales in pre-engineered buildings
  • Capable of generating and qualifying leads
  • Ability to grow existing market share
  • Aptitude for managing the construction process from beginning to end
  • Demonstrated good organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Must have intermediate or better computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • Mid to extensive travel may be required.
