Position Title:  Help Desk Support – Support Desk
Position Reports to IT Manager
Location:  Walnut, CA
Compensation:  temp/contract to perm (Looking for someone long term if they are strong)
Not all are Required
  • 3- 5 years minimum front-Line user support
  • Open to temp (contract to hire)
  • Password Resets - Active Directory, DVR, Application password reset
  • New User setups - Account creation, Computer setup, Building access, 8x8 Phone System (VOIP)
  • User Terminations - Disable accounts, Terminate user accounts
  • Shared Folder Access
  • Software - Software Installation, Software Issues, Client software configuration
  • Printer/Scanner / IP Camera Troubleshooting, Configuration, Scan-to-email, RF Scanner, Label Printer 
  • Mobile Device – Troubleshooting, Setup, Deployment, MDM Management 
  • Remote Access - End user troubleshooting – Citrix, VPN, RDS 
  • User / Office Moves
  • Inventory
  • Ticketing System - Data Administration, Assets, Users, Contracts
  • Inbound Ticket troubleshooting
  • Ability to document new processes when needed
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites (driving distance mostly, but may need to go to offices in other states.)
