Short Description 
 
We are on the lookout for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. In this position, you will be working closely with a team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.  You must also have in-depth knowledge of the latest accounting technology and cloud-based programs, like Xero, MYOB and Workflowmax.

Role Purpose/Job Summary 

Responsible for general data entry and bank reconciliations, processing payroll, submission of cash flow statement and ad hoc tasks. 
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance and Bookkeeping 
  • Balance sheet reconciliations. Accounts Payable/Receivable management 
  • Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts 
  • Processing up to Trial Balance stage and preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office 
  • Preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office 
  • Preparing Business Activity Statements 
  • KPI Tracker maintenance 
 
Qualifications:  
  • Graduate of Accountancy or any related course 
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping for Australian clients.
  • Experienced user of Xero and MYOB
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Good attention to details 
  • Deadline-oriented 
  • Candidates must be capable to work-from-home
Schedule and Work Location:
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
  • 7th Flr., iSquare Bldg. Meralco Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  • This is an office based position but while in quarantine will work-from-home
