Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Update client data and investment detail
  • Assist with preparing / Prepare Statements of Advice and Records of Advice
  • Prepare/generate performance reports, portfolio valuation and asset allocation.
  • Input of data and portfolio modelling of client strategies
  • Prepare letters to client (Fee disclosure statements among others).
  • Follow up information from financial advisers and clients
  • Document processing
  • Sorting through scanning daily and saving to system;
  • Maintaining our database;
  • Ensure accuracy of information; enter and save data in appropriate location as set out by the client
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Other related tasks assigned

  • Salesforce
  • MS Office

Qualifications: 
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree.
  • Less than a year or more experiences in handling AU Financial planning process.
  • Adept in using MS Office applications; preferably has background in Salesforce (but will be trained on this)
  • Capable of communicating and coordinating with clients
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbally
  • Organized and attentive to details.
  • Amenable to work onsite the office.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
