Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Statements of Advice (SoA) and Records of Advice (RoA)
  • Liaise with product providers (insurance / superannuation / investment) to obtain relevant information about client accounts /policies
  • Prepare Insurance Quotes in Risk Researcher / with product providers
  • Prepare client review documents (investment portfolios / insurance).
  • Update client data, investment and insurance details in XPLAN.
  • Input of data and portfolio modelling of client strategies through XPLAN.
  • Various administration tasks
  • Case (Xplan Model Office)/Task and Workflow Management
  • Regular (at least daily) video conferencing with adviser’s office to discuss tasks / solve problems / establish priorities
  • Delivering timely responses to required tasks
  • Ability to research strategies as required
  • Contact mortgage broking clients to:
    • obtain information/supporting documents for loan application.
    • Update clients with the progress of their application
    • Make follow up calls as required
  • Contact Lenders to:
    • Follow up loan applications
    • Resolve issues/answer questions around applications/loan modifications
  • Update client data loan information details in Mercury.
  • Input of data through Mercury.
  • Input loan application into ApplyOnline.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years paraplanning experience
  • Xplan experience
  • Positive and enthusiastic person, able to take initiative to research strategies and look for work when work is slow and enjoys a fast-paced work environment when it is busy.
  • You must have strong attention to detail
  • The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and not be afraid to speak with Management or other team members about issues they are having or ideas to improve workflow or quality of work
  • Preferably amenable to work on-site the office
