Job description:
Client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and accomplished graphic designer within their B2B security division. Incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and producing a wide range of compelling and impactful digital media including ads, eBlasts, newsletters, brochures, data sheets, web banners, SCROM compliant files and digital content for web interfaces and mobile devices. In addition, you will collaborate with members of client's marketing team to storyboard, script and produce product introduction, demonstration and how-to video content. You will drive the creative process and implement interfaces and visualizations for internal and external applications on mobile and desktop platforms, and will work closely with key stakeholders and team members across the organization including sales, marketing and product management in order to build a seamless brand experience for customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, design and produce a wide array of content across different mediums (digital and print) including ads, brochures, eBlasts, data sheets, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, and various content for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Create, produce and edit compelling 60-90 second video content using still images and video clips for client's products and solutions optimized for social media platforms (i.e. YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Generate innovative and engaging design executions that communicate technology benefits of client's security products and offerings.
  • Ensure projects are designed according to corporate branding guidelines while being able to articulate theory behind your designs.
  • Develop engaging and interactive SCORM compliant product presentations for external customer training.
  • Design engaging social media, web graphics and various marketing content to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives, and as required by division.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BFA in graphic design, Visual Communications, Visual Arts, Communications Design or Visual Communications Design or related field, from an accredited fine arts college or university.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience creating, designing and producing digital marketing content including newsletters, eBlasts, data sheets, brochures, web graphics and print ads.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Dreamweaver).
  • Experience with eLearning and authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia Studio.
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms (Mindflash, Absorb LMS, Blue Volt) a plus.
  • Working knowledge of web development toolsets (HTML, CSS3, jQuery, XML, WordPress etc.).
  • Clear intra-discipline understanding of graphic design for print and digital, across web, video and traditional print.
  • Experience with mobile and digital development workflows, wireframing etc.
  • Professional design experience, preferably in the B2B environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic able to operate independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Experience with video production and editing, 3D Animation and motion graphics.
  • Impeccable eye for detail, extraordinary creative style and solid design experience in a creative agency or in-house.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict delivery deadlines.
  • Committed to meeting deadlines, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Works well in an agile, fast moving team environment.
  • Travel up to 10%
