Create learner and management adoption guidance for the design and development of a blended learning curriculum

Fortune 100 Company in White Plains, NY has an immediate need in the Corporate Training and eLearning group for a Senior Associate, User Experience and Adoption. Primary focus will be in strategy, analysis and evaluation. However, this resource must be willing to roll up their sleeves and dig into the data / content to help develop a streamlined program that encourages engagement, minimizes confusion and flows seamlessly from the foundational training phase

Responsibilities:
  • Create learner and management adoption guidance for the design and development of a blended learning curriculum for insurance agents and managers with a focus on specialized markets
  • Complete analysis on learner and manager adoption metrics to identify key areas for increasing adoption of current blended learning curriculum to guide and enhance continued development of the blended learning curriculum and recommend additional learning programs and initiatives
  • Work directly with agent development lead, instructional designers and workstream leads to execute critical objectives that will enhance the user experience and drive overall adoption of current and future blended learning curriculum
  • Focus on clarity, simplicity, visual organization, functional flow, and ease of use
