Specific Responsibilities Include: 
  • Hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and developing top sales talent
  • Monitor KPI’s and metrics and grow revenue
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline, forecasts and processes to grow revenue
  • Provide leadership, direction and support to the sales team ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Execution of corporate programs, policies and procedure creation
  • Use market data and applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency
What We’re Looking For Includes:   
  • Bachelors Degree from accredited post-secondary institution in a related field
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and motivational skills
  • 5+ years experience in Sales Management of Inside Sales in a B2B consultative sales environment
  • Solid track record of meeting targets and a high drive to succeed
  • Excellent solution selling, objection handling, closing skills and a proven hunter
  • Hands on type management style
