Lead the creation of high-quality customer marketing tools for focus Brands, excite customers and create a compelling channel and customer-specific plans paths to purchase across all trade and shopper channels. Experience in beverage alcohol sales, or packaged goods, as well as fundamental wine and spirits knowledge is required. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop long term and annual brand plans and initiatives in collaboration Brand Director, PMs and Brand Owners that increase the baseline and maximize in-store activation, 
  • Ensure timely, high-quality coordination and execution of brand and customer activity plans in the assigned territory, including post activity evaluation
  • Co-ordinate tactical pull-through activity to stimulate sales in channel/customers (either through customer tools or agency teams)
  • Responsible for end-to-end financial process for agreed in-store activity in line with agreed budgets, working closely with Commercial Finance Team
  • Agree on monthly customer-facing activity programs with Brand Managers and coordinate planning and execution in conjunction with Account Managers
  • Liaise with merchandising suppliers to get the best in class marketing materials.
  • Prepare monthly activity reports & build Escalade quarterly sales meetings in collaboration with Brand Director

  • Ability to analyze statistics and strong computer skills to create selling solutions
  • Capable of advanced organization and planning skills and have the ability to respect tight schedules. Some evening work occasionally may be required
