VP/GM Quebec

They are presently seeking a VP/GM Quebec – who has the knowledge and experience from at least 10 years in the beverage/alcohol industry; sales, marketing and business intelligence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working to establish overall company sales and marketing objectives
- Develop and manage the annual P&L
- Responsible for the hiring, training, development, motivating and coaching of all members of the Quebec team
- Works directly with the sales team to ensure all sales targets are met within Retail and On-Premise channels.
- Oversee and manage the strategy behind pricing programs, promotional support, new listings execution, shelving & merchandising programs, and product initiatives.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with the company's largest key customers (SAQ).
- Establishes measurable performance metrics and conducts ongoing business reviews to ensure accountability.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Substantial management experience in the beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods industry
- Established relationships with leading national retail and on-premise chain account stakeholders is a definite asset.
- Exemplary people management and leadership with a strong business acumen
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn analysis into effective strategies
- Good understanding and knowledge of category management
- Ability to prioritize needs and meet deadlines with a strong sense of judgment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt; maintain focus and a high degree of urgency
- Be positive, energetic, and comfortable in an open, dynamic, and collaborative company
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Possess post-secondary education, preferably in business.
- Must be Bi-lingual in French and English
