Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Beverage Alcohol

Our client is a leading international producer of beverage alcohol products and has a long legacy of bringing world class brands to the Canadian marketplace. To support their activity in Western Canada, they are currently looking to add a full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to their team.

This will be a remote position based in the Lower Mainland, BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, coordinate and generate monthly sales reporting, including but not limited to monthly sales reports, KPI input, Product applications, Inventory report, competitive activity, budget reports, pricing reports
  • Support Sales Team with distribution of POS, information, value adds, print materials, price list & product portfolio, shelf-talkers, & LTO’s
  • Creation of excel spreadsheets, detailed PowerPoint Presentations & general coordination between Trade Marketing, Sales Representatives, & Sales Managers
Key Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary education preferred, business or commerce an asset
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a sales support or admin role
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point
  • Must have proven Sales Support experience where they have worked independently with minimal supervision and have taken initiative in a complex environment
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record in delivering results
  • Must be able to work independently, have attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and be self-motivated

This role includes a base salary, as well as a home office allowance, phone allowance, mileage allowance, full benefits, and RRSP matching.
