Excellent Inside Sales opportunity with Energy Equipment distributor!

With locations across Canada, this B.C. owned company has grown to be one of the largest distributors in it’s industry in Canada. A new Inside Sales position is required to continue to provide customers the quality service and the great value that they have become accustomed to. If you are a dynamic individual with strong organization and communication skills, and a focus on customer service, this opening offers an exciting career and an opportunity for growth.


Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Customer Service/Sales providing professional, efficient and timely solutions to clients
• Actively engage both counter customers and phone customers offering technical knowledge
• Work closely with purchasing to ensure fill rate minimum 95% of customer orders
• Promote sale of company products and source products for all new and existing customers  Make outbound calls marketing new products • Assist with returning warranty items with customers and suppliers

What We’re Looking For Includes:

• Minimum 3+ years sales experience
• Order desk and customer service experience with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Great technical and relationship building skills along with good organization
• Results oriented, self-starter with a positive outlook
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM experience
• Knowledge of HVAC or Hearth beneficial but not mandatory
