Overview of the Recruiting and Wellness Coordinator

Seeking an experienced Administrative professional for a Recruiting Support/Wellness role. Individuals with a strong administrative support background, HR experience preferred.

Duties of the Recruiting and Wellness Coordinator
  • Schedule phone interviews and populate questionnaires
  • Set up applicant testing and interviews on site as well as in remote locations
  • Monitor the company wellness email account and respond to inquiries and/or forward escalated matters to the Wellness Administrator
  • Assist with the wellness portal administration – handle incentive prize redemption
  • Assist with planning, communication and working health fairs
  • Sit in on meetings bi-weekly. Draft agenda and minutes for review and assist with fundraising events
Requirements for the Recruiting and Wellness Coordinator
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent
  • 2+ years related work experience including significant recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience working with ATS systems preferred
  • Experience using various recruiting sources including social media
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Knowledge of Human Resource laws and practices (EEO, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, etc.)
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization
  • Work with a sense of urgency managing multiple priorities
Schedule for the Recruiting and Wellness Coordinator
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
Compensation Range for the Recruiting and Wellness Coordinator
  • $17-19/hr., based on experience
