FMLA and Worker's Compensation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:

• Process all the documentation with workers compensation filings
• Handle all follow up calls with workers comp company and employees
• Process all FMLA claims to ensure all paperwork is complete and filed
• Provides direct HR and Payroll support for the facility
• Provides support recruitment/staffing activities on all positions: Sourcing, Interview Coordination, etc.
• Ensures all employee information is communicated for HR and Payroll purposes
• Ensures that a confidential employee personnel file (hard copy) is created, maintained, secured and in
compliance with all applicable laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
