Social Media Recruiter (Temp-to-Hire)

Working with Hiring Managers:

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job accountabilities.
  • Create/prepare recruitment materials to post jobs electronically.
  • Provides analysis and makes recommendations for improving candidate flow, candidate experience, and overall recruiting process.
Sourcing Candidates:
  • Manages assigned job requisitions from developing the recruiting strategy, proactively sourcing candidates through various platforms, and reviewing applicants.
  • Work with Marketing to post on and maintain company media programs, i.e.; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor
Working with Candidates:
  • Communicate with job applicants and assist with basic questions.
  • Initiating and coordinating the interview process from phone screens to offer acceptance(s).
  • Conduct phone screens assessing applicant's knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences
  • Makes job offers and begin the new hire onboarding process, including completion of new hire paperwork.
Applicant Tracking System Maintenance
  • Document timing and communication(s) with candidates.
  • Maintain phone screen and interview notes as well as other interview information in our ATS. 
  • Updating candidate status in our ATS.
Education and Experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (1+ years) with working knowledge of HRIS systems and ATS systems. 
  • Experience in utilizing recruitment websites as well as experience with all steps of the selection process (sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, initiating pre-screenings, etc).
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to work a variety of tasks in a timely and effective manner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
