Duties of the Customer Service Billing Representative
 
  • Receive and process orders, managing the order process from beginning to end
  • Enter all critical information into the database to ensure timely processing of orders
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers daily to resolve potential order issues
  • Maintain daily contact with customers for order updates
  • Assist with research and resolution of billing errors
  • Complete tasks in various computer systems
  • Perform other office support duties as necessary
Skills/Requirements for the Customer Service Billing Representative
 
  • Proficiency with MS Excel & Word
  • Ability to learn and operate various computer programs
  • Proficient/accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Good with details
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Schedule for the Customer Service Billing Representative
 
  • M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some O.T. possible
Compensation for the Customer Service Billing Representative
 
$15-16/hr.
