Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst role will provide analytical and decision support international leadership manufacturing operation teams. Develop, interpret, and implement financial planning & analysis concepts including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost accounting. Partner with other finance colleagues to continuously improve forecast, budget, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and report results on daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, identifying opportunities and risks for manufacturing site.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and submit required adjustments for manufacturing site.
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly financial forecasts and annual budget for the manufacturing site including variance analysis against forecast and year-over-year.
• Support Manufacturing site P&L and working capital forecast activities from a department to a total manufacturing site level. Overall support of regional finance, accounting and cost areas
• Regional financial planning and analysis, reporting (monthly results, SEP, RP, TVM, DCF, ad hoc)
• Support improvement and compliance of internal controls system
• Monitor and analyze periodic manufacturing variances including purchase cost, material usage and overhead variances
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the inventory cycle count programs and activities
• Oversees the development of data models to perform statistical analysis, data mining and retrieval process of large amounts of data to identify trends, figures and other pertinent information 
• Assist with cost and inventory report generation for operations management

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business (Advanced Degrees and Certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, etc. a plus)
• 5+ years’ professional experience in progressive finance/accounting roles
• Strong analysis, process and systems capabilities (SAP, MS Excel, OTC, PTP, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills Required (financial modeling, pivot tables etc.) as well as proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) required.
• Cost accounting experience a plus
• SAP experience a plus
