Seeking someone with strong administrative skills along with customer service, account management and/or sales for an exciting new role. Must possess a high level of accountability and tech savviness to learn and work with multiple software programs. Position is working in a busy sales providing overall administrative support. Must be able to work well independently but take direction from others to achieve objectives. Position will interact with clients on a daily basis so the highest level of customer service will be required. Someone who is able to handle a busy workload in a fast-paced office is required. - Greet incoming clients for meetings
- Answer all incoming calls
- Field incoming inquiry calls
- Data entry of client information
- Set meeting reminders for sales and prospects
- Set up conference calls between clients and sales staff
- Calendar management including setting up meetings, event planning, etc.
- Set up travel arrangements, booking flights, rental cars, hotels, etc.
- Order office supplies
- MS Office. Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook , PowerPoint and Word
- General tech savvy skills
- Accuracy and strong data entry skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
