Claims/Customer Support! Foot in the door opportunity with a great company!

Immediate opening for a Claim Customer Service Technician II who will provide support for all Claim Operations activities in accordance with Claim Operations standards, processes and workflows. 
 
Duties
  • Creating records of new reported losses in ClaimCenter and ImageRight
  • Responding to telephone status inquiries from Agents, Claimants, Insureds, and others
  • Verify and maintain reporting for Catastrophe codes
  • Obtain and verify required information for Medicare reporting
  • Verify information in Total Loss Audit
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED and additional vocational courses
  • 1 to 2 years related work experience
  • Proficient and accurate data entry skills
  • Basic math
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Basic insurance terms and coverages preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Superior English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure
  • Positive and effective customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
