Inbound CSR/Order Processor

Respond to incoming service calls, schedule appointments and ensure customers' needs are addressed.

This role is a combination of administrative/clerical duties and customer service.  This will be mainly inbound calls but there will some outbound follow up calls as well.  Need to have strong customer service skills and good admin skills/data entry and multi-tasking.

Details:
 
Will be taking calls from customers who have monthly maintenance agreements.  Customers will be calling for service to their HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical and working to get all information needed for the service team to schedule technicians
Will also take calls from prospective customers calling in for service who do not have a monthly maintenance agreements.  Will work to get a service call scheduled then, will have to explain all features and pricing of the different tiers of maintenance plans to see if they are interested in purchasing an agreement
Explain exclusions to coverage and answer any questions customers have about agreements
Lots of data entry after the initial call
They will also enter all completed inspections into the system and note any issues found. 
Will have to communicate any major issues that would affect coverage to the realtors and customers

Hours will be 9:00am to 6:00pm, M-F with 1 Saturday per month required.  Saturday hours will be 7:00am to 2:00pm.
