What will you do?
A Senior Account Executive is expected to close net new clients within their specified territory for SAP Business One implementation services.  Additionally, you will consult prospects to maximize the value of implementing SAP with Softengine to help them achieve their business goals.  You must be able to progress leads further in the sales cycle, convert to a closed sale, and establish relationships with the relative stakeholders.
Travel: Required as needed.
  • Exceed your sales quota and focus exclusively on closing deals, not finding leads
  • Construct, deliver, and emphasize the value proposition of Softengine’s consultancy/offerings
  • Collaborate with teams to create a solution or tailored proposal
  • Exhibit ROI of leveraging SAP Business One the during sales process
  • Prepare ‘Statement of Work’s and provide solutions based offerings
  • Build a book of business and manage relationships with executives
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven SAP Business One sales
  • Experience with ‘Business to Business’ software sales
  • Deep and clear understanding of business processes 
  • Understands ‘Best Practices’ and SDLC
  • Ability to optimize workflows & streamline processes
  • Capable of performing technical consultations
  • Understands technology and is able to communicate effectively with technical resources, both internally and externally
Preferred Skills:
  • Prefer 5+ years of SAP Business One Sales
  • Highly prefer those who rank at least in the top 3% or higher within their sales division
  • Consistently meeting or/and exceeding sales quota
  • Vertical specializations that are preferred include:
    • Retail Software Sales (Mid-market/SMB B2B)
    • Manufacturing Software Sales (Mid-market/SMB B2B)
    • Food & Beverage Software Sales (Mid-market/SMB B2B)
