Job Duties:
  1. Provide timely and accurate information to customer order status
  2. Resolves service challenges by clarifying the customer's needs
  3. Read source documents such as bills of lading, orders and pick tickets to enter data  
  4. Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
  5. Inputs inbound and outbound orders, in a timely and accurate manner, into the system
  6. Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
  7. Locate and correct errors in the system, or report them to supervisors
  8. Performs program support tasks such as organizing forms, making photocopies and filing paperwork
  9. Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  10. Compiles or assists in the compilation of reports for both internal and external customers
  11. Word processing and/or data entry into spreadsheets as required
  12. Answering telephones
Requirements:
 
  • High School Graduate
  • Typing ability (word processor/computer skills)
  • Knowledge of office software packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. is also expected for this job
  • Ability to interact positively with the both internal and external customers
  • Must have math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
