Completion of the day to day activities associated with cash deposits and credit card processing

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Processing of credit card receipts including entry into accounting and business system
  • Recording of vehicle maintenance expenses into business system
  • Monthly credit card statement reconciliation
  • Credit card maintenance
  • Processing of daily cash deposits into banking system
  • Recording of daily deposits into accounting and business system
  • Rent deposit processing in rental business system
  • Recording of collection payments received into business system
  • Recording of insurance claim proceeds into business system
  • Recording of bankruptcy payments into business system
  • Processing of inter-company invoices
  • Accounts Payable support
 REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel and Outlook 
  • Previous Accounting experience
  • Competent in windows based software packages
  • Demonstrated problem solving and people skills
  • High accuracy in work, attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • Proven oral and written skills required
