Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist

Qualifications:
  • Assoc. Degree Education
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish
  • Early childhood education knowledge and experience a plus
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, and providing solutions 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Ability to learn new types of software
  
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Assisting prospective Doodle Bugs! families through the inquiry and enrollment process
  • Assisting enrolled families & current employees with general questions
  • Assisting prospective employees navigate the hiring process
  • Answering general calls, emails and web chats
  • Support the company’s mission of building a community of Happy Children, Happy Parents and Happy Teachers!

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
