Food People have partnered with a leading food manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia who are searching for a Customer Service Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to manage the overall Customer Service operation across Saudi Arabia. This includes customer order management as well as managing the relationship with the direct customers from a supply chain perspective. The function would be the main point of contact with the sales force in terms of order processing and customer service. The job entails extensive cross-functional interaction between sales, logistics and customers.
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Customer Service Manager is a significant and strategically important role in the growth of the business
  • Reporting to the Operations Director, the role will focus on delivering relentless excellence in customer service, setting new standards on customer focus through collaboration, whilst continuously seeking opportunities for shared P&L improvements, driving cost and excess inventory out of the supply chain
  • You will be a key part of the Supply Chain team therefore you will be expected to be the voice of their customers
  • Develop a strong relationship with the factory production team to constantly ensure supply meets demand from the markets
  • Effectively work in collaboration with the logistics team to ensure customers’ demands are efficiently delivered in line with the highest quality standards
  • Manage the Customer Service Scorecard
  • Review SLA with the markets on a bi-annual basis
  • Stakeholder and relationship management cross-functionally internally and externally are critical to the success of this role.
  
KEY INGREDIENTS
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Customer Service focused role within a food manufacturing organization
  • Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Engineering or relevant subject
  • Customer-focused – This is a customer-centric business therefore this mentality is critical
  • Must have the knowledge and direct experience of SAP or ERP planning systems, ideally Dynamix 365
  • Analytical mindset
  • Passion, determination, and a willingness to challenge
  • Fluency in English is a must 
  • Fluency is Arabia is preferred
