Food People are currently searching for a Sales Manager to join a internationally recognised beverage filling and packaging machinery company. They are an established business with solid market share and are now looking to expand their team based in Dubai, UAE.

You must be a highly motivated individual who wants to challenge themselves in an international working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing the customers with extensive, high-level consulting
  • Managing existing customers and developing new businesses in the Gulf Region
  • Developing of conceptual layouts for the customers
  • Creating technical solutions for the customers
  • Analysing and adapting to market trends in order to maintain and establish competitive
    advantage. Understanding your competition and ensure you are always in the forefront
  • Preparing customised offers / quotations for the customers
  • Reviewing customer tender documents and specifications
  • Working together with different internal departments (locally and internationally)
  • Developing customer needs analysis
  • Monitoring the project execution and retaining customer contact
  • Profiling market needs for future product development, price positioning and trends
  • Maintain a strong database of our product portfolio to ensure that you always deliver
  • Have the ability to negotiate that ensures the business you generate is profitable and
    sustainable
  • Defining business strategy to meet equipment sales and objective.
KEY INGREDIENTS
  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Beverage Technology (Bachelor or Master's Degree)
  • Profound knowledge of products and technologies used in the beverage and packaging industries
  • Language skills: Language skills: Fluent in English, Arabic and or German is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented and independent method of working
  • Powerful and proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel regularly in Middle East
