  • Bonus: Based on Growth Margin. The Company has paid a bonus each year for the past 35 years. The bonus ranged from 8.88% to 22.49% of annual straight-time pay in 2020.

Our Client has requested our Recruiting Firm to conduct a search for a Sales Account Manager who will develop the North American Region
Position Purpose: Develop and execute strategies to deliver aggressive growth.
Qualifications: Sales Account Manager - Chemical Industry
  • Education: B.A. or B.S.
  • Required Knowledge: Product knowledge, chemical industry knowledge, chemical distributors knowledge, and Chemical Co.’s objectives
  • Experience needed: 5 to 10 years minimum experience in chemical sales, marketing, or technical service.
  • Responsibilities: Sales Account Manager - Chemical Industry
  • Understanding of sales function, chemical industry and distributors
  • Promote purchase of Chemical Co.’s products to existing accounts and develop new opportunities.
  • Survey of potential end-users of Chemical Co.’s products
  • Call reports, and market surveys
  • Plan and execute effective coverage of territory
  • Maintenance and effective use of Chemical Co.’s Property (i.e., vehicle, computer, printer, hand-held PCA)
  • Timely submission of all reports (call, expense and surveys)
  • Favorably present Chemical Co.’s to customers and general population
  • Follow-up on sales leads, sample requests
  • Communicate ideas that make Chemical Co. perform better
