The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the company kitchen under the direction of the General Manager. This includes conducting the affairs of business in regards to the kitchen, the purchasing, receiving and preparation of all foodstuffs, according to company policies and practices, managing food inventory and cost control methods, the staffing and scheduling of the back of the house staff and the on-going training, supervision and development of the kitchen staff . The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for spearheading and coordinating all Kitchen related testing requests that come from the company internationally.
